Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges At (TARMIYA), we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To uphold this commitment, we offer a 14-days exchange policy. However, please note that we do not facilitate returns. Should you wish to exchange an item, it must meet specific criteria. The product must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it, accompanied by its original packaging. We strive to ensure that our customers receive products that meet their expectations and adhere to the highest standards of quality. Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colours of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric, stitching styling and accessories or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the product description. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid. Process for Online Exchange: Simply notify us of your intention to exchange within 14 working days of the delivery date. Please provide tracking details along with your order number to our customer service team by calling our helpline at (+92 310 0006323) or via WhatsApp at (+92 310 0006323). You may choose to use any of the approved courier services listed below. Please share your tracking number within 2 working days of dispatching the item to our premises. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
